My Diet Plan (무식 다이어트)
To make blood flow smooth down, I have lunch meal heavily with vegetables most of work days. Lunch box contains variety of vegetables, walnut, seasonal fruits, and onion soaked in olive oil as shown in the photo shot. No salad dressing is used. Only one piece of toast bread and cheese provide carbohydrate for me. This intensive diet plan started around a couple of years ago to lower cholesterol level augmented by drinking over much fat meet or something like that. Lunch hour is the only time when I can exercise right to choose my own meal plan, whereas night time for dinner only or dinner over drinking can not give me a choice. In case of breakfast, I should share table set by Mother. :) This meal plan is very efficient in terms of time utilization. I can complete lunch within 20 minutes and utilize left-over 40 minutes of lunch hour for other tasks that I want to do. Those include peeking newspaper from desktop, strolling around office compound, managing urgent personal affairs, or taking a nap.
